| KPM Exceptional purchases Fierle Distribution | 4/13/2009.

| In late August 2008, KPM Exceptional LLC purchased Derby, NY based Fierle Distribution. The combination of the two companies’ resources was a natural fit. Both companies shared a culture, vision and mission in doing business in the OPE dealer channel. Future opportunities for KPM dealers and Fierle dealers were a significant consideration in the transaction. For example: Wright Manufacturing and its unique brand of “the Wright Way to Mow” brought an entirely new way of cutting grass to KPM dealers. Winter products such as Toyostove & Rinnai, with direct vent heaters and on demand hot water heaters, as well as Sno-Way snow and ice control equipment were exposed to KPM dealers as a way to further develop off-season business. Fierle dealers now have the ability to become involved with brands like Scag Power Equipment, Bluebird International, Hurricane Blo-Vac and other various accessory lines. The combined knowledge, expertise and support we will be able to give our dealers makes this an exciting time. |

| The 2009 and 2010 Mowing Equipment Contract with The Office of General Services has been awarded. KPM Exceptional is pleased to announce, Scag once again has made the contract. This marks the third year Scag is available, and we are optimistic the municipal opportunities will increase from what we have already experienced. The contract is the lynch-pin in closing municipal sales. Relationships between NY State agencies and our dealers along with product demonstrations are the foundation.
