| The National Association of Wholesalers ("NAW") is an organization that consists of virtually all industries and styles of distribution. KPM is one of about 5 Outdoor Power Equipment distributors that are members of NAW. NAW is a founder of the Coalition for Affordable American Energy ("CAAE") and is a co-author of the attached letter to Congress.
